Sundays are for stretching!!! Let’s get those hips mobilized since they are the control to the midline of our spine. Here’s a few we like to share with our patients. 1️⃣ Standing Forward Fold with Shoulder Opener: A fantastic stretch for desk workers! It targets the hamstrings, spine, and shoulders, helping to ease the effects of long hours at the computer. Stretch out and open up!
2️⃣ Half Split Pose (Ardha Hanumanasana): A great pose to target hamstrings and calves, while also relieving lower back tightness. Perfect for those who sit a lot!3️⃣ Lizard Pose (Utthan Pristhasana) — Opens the hips and lengthens the lower back and hip flexors, improving overall hip mobility and posture.4️⃣The Crescent Lunge with Side Bend targets the psoas and QL, two key muscles that often contribute to lower back tension. *********Open up your hips, restore mobility, and give your body the space it needs to move pain-free.

⚡ On stage: showing off those arms → In the room: scapula stretch to keep shoulders mobile & pain-free.
⚡ In heels: battling Achilles pain → We cupped & released tension to keep her strong through prep.
⚡ Posing with glutes & hips → Hip mobility work so she could hit every stance with power.
⚡ Flexing abs → the Heated Scraper was KEY 🔑 for recovery and definition so she could show off every line under the lights.

Recovery = performance. 💯
