Happy Saturday!

So I've been thinking about this idea of (re)integration and niching and (re) branding.
✨
I think we've done ourselves and the rest of the world a great disservice by interpreting this idea as boxing ourselves in and fitting ourselves into a corset or something that is ill-fitting.
✨
Being yourself and your own "brand" should be the greatest, truest expression of who you are.
✨
Not
who
you
aren't.
✨
When we micro-niche or over-niche ourselves it can be like half of us is missing or only using one part of our body.
✨
I think probably because we are trained to simply become replicas rather than our whole, true, selves.
✨
It's also scary to be vulnerable and our whole, true, selves.
✨
What I'm learning in this process of refining my own personal brand to be the truest reflection of who I am, I realized that I needed a full-bodied expression rather than a single part of the body, or operating at half capacity. This is not to say I didn't give 100% but that it didn't make feel complete but segmented.
✨
Yoga and spirituality teach me about integration and so this line of thought is how I got to defining mindful marketing. But it's not the name as much as 'the what' of this arm of my work.
✨
This integration is a bringing together, a merging of individual parts and just like the idea of concentric circles, seeing how the different parts that make me tick overlap and focusing and honing in on *that*.
✨
So that's where I am in my journey and at this stage I feel comfortable releasing and sharing my new podcast on all my different channels and ventures.Because without integration there is ...dis-integration.
✨
A healthy soul is an integrated soul. And this means embodying it too.
✨
