4 Japanese Techniques to experience Joy, Self-Inprovment, Growth, and Improved Physical and Mental Health:
1. Ikigai:
It means to have a purpose in life.
4 Rules of Ikigai:
Do what you love.
Do what you are good at.
Do what the world needs.
Do what you can be paid for.
2. Kaizen:
It means focusing on “small” improvements every day, not waiting for big improvements, but trying to become 1% better everyday.
3. Shoshin:
It is a concept from that means approaching things with a beginner's mindset. It refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying, just as a beginner would. "If your mind is open, it has room to learn something new"
4. Hara Hachi Bu:
This means to stop eating after you're 80% “full”. When you’re are at 80% “full” your body will have more than enough energy to digest your meal, leaving energy to spare. However, if you eat to 100% “full”, you will feel tired, have brain fog and will lead to disease.

Staying active supports your energy, mobility, and mood, helping you feel vibrant at any age.
• Move Daily: Try low-impact activities like walking, yoga, swimming, or dancing for 30 minutes most days. Join a group or take a nature walk for fun and connection.
• Eat Well: Focus on whole foods—lean proteins, fruits, veggies, nuts, and greens. Limit processed foods and sugar, and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and glowing.
