🐾 Today was extra special at Riverview Estates, Rocky, our emotional support animal, stopped by to spread love, comfort, and joy to both residents and staff!

These visits are more than just adorable; they provide meaningful therapeutic benefits.

Emotional support animals can reduce stress, ease feelings of loneliness, improve mood, and even encourage social engagement among residents. Rocky’s gentle presence brought calm, connection, and plenty of smiles throughout the building.

🌟 Success Story at Riverview Estates! 🌟

When Mr. Gary DiNardo arrived with pneumonia, he required assistance with nearly all forms of mobility and daily tasks. With determination and the expert support of our therapy team, he made incredible progress, gaining strength, improving his balance, and rebuilding his endurance.

By discharge, he achieved full independence with bed mobility, transfers, climbing steps, and walking 200 feet with a rolling walker. We are so proud of his dedication and remarkable recovery!
