OK… let’s talk about something real.
You’re trying to lose weight, and you think skipping meals is the key.
Or maybe you’re grabbing a protein bar, a “weight-loss” bar, or a gummy and convincing yourself that’s going to control your appetite.

And then what happens?

👉 Nighttime hits… and you’re starving.
Not emotional hunger.
Not stress hunger.
REAL, true hunger — because your body didn’t get what it needed during the day.

So now you’re eating excessively at night, you feel out of control, and you think you failed.
You didn’t fail — your plan failed you.

Here’s how to fix it:
