👋🏼 See ya l8ter Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)!! A little breakdown for y’all…CTS presents itself as tingling/numbness in the hard/arm caused by a pinched nerve in the wrist. CTS seems to affect 1-5% of adult population and is typically treated through surgical intervention
BUT…
‼️ surgery isn’t always the answer nor is it always necessary - there are options (chiropractic care for example)
