Each tooth has 5 surface : Buccal/Facial towards the cheek or lips, Lingual/Palatal towards tongue or palate and 2 interproximal or in between surfaces where food lodges. When we brush, we brush only three surfaces and 2 surfaces between two teeth are missed. So do floss to have healthy smile 😊
