Bloomingdale Medical Associates Bloomingdale Medical Associates is a primary care practice with 5 MD's including a cardiologist, 2 PA's and 3 ARNP's. Drs.

Dr. Jeffrey Wartman formed Bloomingdale Medical Center in 1988 in Brandon. In 1995, Bloomingdale Medical Associates was formed in Valrico with four physicians, a PA-C and eight staff members. Dr. Myron Kwan joined the practice at this time. Dr. Margaret Colleran joined the practice in 1996. Wartman, Kwan and Colleran are the current shareholders of the practice. We moved to our current location in 2004. We currently have five physicians, which includes a cardiologist, two physician assistants, three nurse practitioners and a staff of about 45. Our facility is equipped with a full laboratory, basic x-ray and a wide range of ultrasound services. Our providers can perform DOT physicals, school/sports physicals for grade school students and college/employment physicals. Dr. Wartman also performs Flight Physicals.
