Eye Site Center We are a full-service optical providing one stop shopping for your exam, eyeglass, contact lens, and Eye health checks should be part of your wellness plan.

Even if you haven't noticed changes in your eyesight, it's still important to have regular eye exams. At the Eye Site Center, Dr. Mark S. Luedke, O.D. and his staff utilize highly technical instruments to protect and care for your and your families eyes. We are providers for a variety of medical and vision plans. When calling to schedule an appointment or request information, please have your insurance information available for reference. Privacy policies limit our access to your health benefit information; please always check your benefit package first if you are not sure of who your vision administrator is or what your coverages are. Just a Note - not all plans cover both the exam and materials, or both glasses and the contact evaluation services/lenses. Be sure to check your benefits for out-of-pocket expenses/co pays. Fees are due for services rendered on date of service.
