The office will be closed all day Thursday, April 2, 2026 for the staff to have a training day for the new improved Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that WeeCare is changing to at the beginning of May. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will finally have an EMR that has a portal system and lots of great new features for us all.

Monday through Thursday the office is open 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Friday the office is open 7:30 am - noon.

Hello! I wanted to clarify a potential miscommunication. WeeCare For Kids is not changing their vaccine friendly policy. The office WILL CONTINUE TO ALLOW PARENTS A CHOICE in their children's healthcare. The office will continue to accept those who do not want to vaccinate, those that are looking for an alternate/slower vaccine schedule and those that want to follow the traditional vaccine schedule.

Just an update of our office hours as we get closer to the holidays.
This week the office is open as normal.
Monday, December 23rd: open all day, normal hours
Tuesday, December 24th: open from 7:30-11:30 am
CLOSED December 25th
CLOSED December 26th
Friday, December 27th: open all day, normal hours
Monday, December 30th: open all day, normal hours
CLOSED December 31st
CLOSED January 1st
January 2nd - 3rd: back to normal business hours

The office is open with normal business hours this week! Cell phone reception seems to be improving for our after hours call phone but could still be spotty. I hope everyone is well out there and starting to recover.

That was one intense, scary storm. The office has power but needs to be reset from making sure all was safe. I hope everyone remained safe during the storm. The office will need to be closed on Friday too since my staff needs time to recover/get back into town. Lots of power outages including my house. Cell service is spotty so still using 911 or an ER if you need medical help. Continue to stay safe and prayers as everyone recovers from this event.

I have closed the office all day on Thursday since unsure when, what, where all this is going to happen. I want all patients and staff to be safe and not have to worry getting back in the area if evacuated. I do plan for the office to open on Friday but all depends on building and staff being safe.

I am unsure if the after hours cell phone line will be working well through the storm. If you have major emergency then call 911. Unsure if someone can come to you but still qualified medical person to help you the best during the hurricane.
