If your back is weak, your posture collapses, your shoulders roll forward, and your core can’t do its job.

Start small:
✅ Keep your abs gently engaged (don’t let your belly hang!)
✅ Lift slowly — think length, not height
✅ Squeeze between your shoulder blades at the top
✅ Control the movement all the way down
