Valley Nephrology Associates, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Rebin T. Titus, MD has joined the group. Dr. Titus specializes in Chronic Kidney Disease management, dialysis, and pre and post kidney transplant management, as well as Hypertension. Dr. Titus is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He completed his Family and Community Medicine Internship in 2006 and his Nephrology Fellowship in 2011, at Texas Tech University. Before returning to Texas Tech for Nephrology, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2009, from the University of South Carolina.

Valley Nephrology Associates, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Aziz Elsanjak, MD, has joined the group in the practice of Nephrology and Hypertension in our Roanoke office.

Dr. Elsanjak is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of Odessa State Medical University. He served his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine and his Nephrology fellowship at Texas Tech University and a Transplant fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. He completed a research fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Harvard Medical School Division of Nephrology Transplant Research Center.
