A heartfelt thank you is in order to our supporters who have amplified our dining experience in recent weeks: Guest Chef Jeremy from Nashville for sharing culinary creativity and expertise that delighted our residents and staff, and Tammy, Regional Dining Services Director, for ongoing guidance and partnership throughout this period of searching for a new dining services director. While we continue the DSD search, Carl’s return to the kitchen provides continuity and care to our residents from a culinary perspective. We will continue to share updates as milestones are reached. All of our Harmony at Roanoke IL residents are near and dear to us, and we deeply appreciate when families offer our community an opportunity for closure. Doris Nadine Kelley left an indelible impression on our hearts. Her gentle and kind spirit will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

We are grateful to the folks at Lotz Funeral Home for helping us set up a livestream at the community, allowing everyone to say goodbye to someone who was very much part of our Harmony family. May Doris’s memory continue to inspire us to show compassion, patience, and grace in every moment we share together.
