This Thursday, April 16, I will begin co-leading a self-kindness group with Anne Giles, LPC. At a time in the world when connection is diminished and fear and loneliness abundant, let’s join together with research based methods and a whole lot of heart.

The Self-Kindness Group will meet for 8 sessions, Thursdays, 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM EDT, from April 16 through June 11. Our 8-session group runs concurrently with the Commonwealth's stay-at-home order scheduled to end June 10. The group's protocol is founded in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and other cognitive therapies. The fee is pay-what-you-can up to the standard group fee of $45 per session. Virginia residency and registration are required. Please message Anne if you'd like to register for the group or have any questions. We welcome working together in kind, skillful ways during these uncertain times!
