We are reminded of how deeply grateful we are for the wonderful residents who fill our halls with stories, strength, and warmth. Our staff poured love into every detail of our annual Thanksgiving lunch, hoping each person felt seen, appreciated, and definitely stuffed 🙂

We are blessed to share these moments together.

It's Skills Day at Raleigh Court!!

Having well-trained staff helps with caring for and keeping our residents (and themselves!) safe in the facility.

We partnered with the Roanoke City Department of Health, Heartland Hospice, Gentell Wound Care, several corporate team members, and interfacility departments to provide training on a plethora of essential skills - from IVs, PPE, Residents Rights, Wound care, and Fit testing, to meals, ADLs, and transfers.

Our walls are exploding with gratitude! The residents made a Thankful Quilt filled with the things they cherish most.

We had a great time celebrating our veterans at Raleigh Court with an ice cream social provided by Heartland Hospice.

Our Center is located in the heart of the historic Grandin Village near downtown Roanoke City between two major hospitals, Carilion Roanoke Memorial and LewisGale Medical Center. We have been proudly serving the Roanoke community since 1990.

We have also received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the highest available. Our 3500+ square foot, ultra-modern, state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym was remodeled several years ago and is constantly being updated with the most modern rehabilitation equipment. Our Center also features comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms and common areas. It’s the perfect environment for total recovery.

We serve patients in Grandin, Raleigh Court, Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Franklin County, Salem, Vinton and beyond.
