We recently had some inquiries about services provided at Roanoke Resource. Here is a breakdown:

Primary Care Services: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, wellness visits and exams, school exams, sick visits

Medical Cannabis Certification

Psychiatry: Evaluation and management of mental health needs, medication management

Ketamine (Spravato): for treatment resistant depression, in office

Suboxone: for opiate use disorder

Skill building (MHCSS): one to one services to help stay a part of the community, out of hospital/jail, housed

PSR (psychosocial rehab): day treatment for socialization and activities of daily learning/independent living skills.

You can call us at (540) 400-7431 to self refer or ask questions.

We take Medicaid, Medicare, most insurances and private pay (cash only for cannabis).
