Happy birthday to my number one boss lady a.k.a. Sarge! This lady is my left and right hand most days! She makes sure I sign where I’m supposed to and shuts down the bank account when I get crazy! She organizes my world and keeps me straight. She does ground me often but more often than not she encourages me and lifts me up like she does so many others! She’s a prayer warrior, a hard worker, a generous giver, and a special friend to many! I’m so thankful that the Lord brought Melissa into my life and that we get to be partners at Genesis but mostly friends. I hope everyone spoils her today because she deserves it! Happy birthday, Melissa! We love you!

Plan ahead for the weekend and week days when you are going to be tired of Thanksgiving food & leftovers! After being tired from all the gatherings, you are going to want something easy but tasty! We have excellent options at Genesis Weight Clinic made by Miss Amber's Cafe!! This week, I’ve had the “Steak Bake” & “Toot’s Cheesy White Chicken”! They are both soooo delicious and all you do is preheat the oven and bake! I’m stocking up tomorrow to share these same 2 dishes over the weekend! If you still need your dressing fix though….we have that frozen and ready to bake too!!!
