FACE IT welcomes Rayna Avra Stengel LAc, LMT, Rev. to our team!

For the majority of her career, Rayna has worked with injuries related to accidents, trauma and sports activity and her expertise lies in removing pain from the body and balancing the mind and emotions. Rayna’s passion is in treating acute and complex myofascial pain. Combining acupuncture, trigger point
release and cupping therapy is where Rayna shines.

A local alum of Hollins University (class of '99), Rayna started out on her path of healing through massage therapy school, graduating from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in 2002. She then continued her studies at East West College of Natural
Medicine in Sarasota, Florida, graduating in 2009 with a Masters degree in Oriental Sciences and a Bachelors of Health Sciences. Her
journey has also included studies of native as well as ancient healing practices from around the world.

She is excited to bring her advanced level of training to grow with Face It Medical Spa and Wellness Center!
