✨ Create a moment of stillness. Take 5 quiet minutes for your breath, a warm drink, or a favorite cozy spot. Small pauses can reset the entire day.
✨ Set boundaries that protect your peace. It’s okay to choose the gatherings, conversations, and traditions that feel safe and supportive for you.
✨ Practice gratitude your own way. Write down one thing you appreciate each day, savor a meaningful memory, or simply notice something beautiful around you.
✨ Reconnect with joy. Lean into holiday rituals that truly fill your cup—baking, decorating, walking in nature, or watching a favorite movie.
