We Try To Bargain With Ourselves, Others And Even God To Get Our Hearing Back. We May Not Share Our Feelings With Others Around Us. This Internal Process Could Make Us Feel Guilty, Stressed And Anxious.

Depression Is Another Stage Of Hearing Loss. We Would Rather Withdraw Than Embarrass Ourselves. We Don't Want To Rely On Our Loved Ones To Serve As Our Interpreters During Gatherings. We Do Not Want The Complication Of Dealing With Background Noise While We Struggle To Hear. We Feel Isolated And Before We Know It, The Isolation Becomes A Comfortable Place.
