The pandemic has been brutal! Supports, like therapy groups, have been even harder to access during this time.

I've recently received the opportunity to provide telehealth across a wider geographic area.

So I'm excited to offer a virtual group therapy experience for people looking for additional treatment options for depression and anxiety as well as the support of a group of peers.
