Every session is a little bit different, all being designed around your specific needs and goals. Treatments start at $20 for a 15 minute "Time Out" chair massage, and $70 for a 60 minute massage designed to suit your needs for relaxation and/or tension relief; though there are an untold number of treatment combinations possible. Shondra holds a strong belief in providing affordable care and making the world of spa therapies accessible to all. She even offers a sliding scale system for those in need - just ask!

Just got the word that the parking lot at my office has been handled and should be good by tomorrow.
I’ll be working Thursday, Friday and Saturday; and still have availability.

I’m glad that I cancelled appointments and stayed closed today.
My landlord just messaged me to say that they haven’t been able to safely get a plow truck up our hill to the parking lot.
Not sure how long this will take to resolve considering we won’t be above freezing temps until next week.

Excellent problem to have the week before rent is due!🥶

At this point, I’m hoping to return tomorrow, but I’ll keep everyone posted.

I 💜 Winter Solstice! Such a wonderful time for reflection and dreaming ahead.
Today marks 25 years since I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage.

I’m so grateful to have made it this far. I’m grateful that I’ve built a career around meeting people where they are and figuring out ways to help them that fit their needs.

I absolutely chose the right school and career for me and I’m beyond grateful for those that have supported me this far.

Thank you All. I couldn’t be here without you!!

Holiday Hours

I’ll be closed for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

I’m not travelling, so I’ll be available normal hours other than those days to help you.
