โญ๏ธGet 7-8 hours of sleep. Did you know that not getting enough sleep can actually increase your hunger? It increases the hormones leptin and ghrelin that make you feel hungrier!
โญ๏ธFind an exercise you love doing. Youโre more likely to stick with it if you actually enjoy it! Try kick boxing, kettlebells, walking, swimming, or biking.
โญ๏ธTo go with the previous tip, find a friend to do it with you! Try out some exercise classes together, rent some work out videos from the library, or search YouTube!
โญ๏ธSet reminders on your phone. Block out your schedule for exercise just like you would an important meeting at work.
โญ๏ธMake small strides. Maybe donโt go from zero water intake to a gallon a day. Try swapping out one drink per day for water and build on it! Start with 2 workouts per week instead of 7 perfect days.
โญ๏ธProgress over perfection! Try to make consistent strides every day towards your goals instead of being perfect for 5 days and taking 10 steps back when the weekend comes because youโre tired and hungry from depriving yourself.
