2PM brain fog?
Many professionals in DFW feel their energy crash in the middle of the afternoon.
More coffee. More pushing through. More “I just need to focus.”
But sometimes it’s not willpower.
If your breathing during sleep isn’t optimal, your brain may be running on oxygen debt from the night before.
Think of it like trying to run your whole house on half the electricity — things technically work, but nothing runs well.
A simple thing to notice this week:
• Do you depend on coffee to get through the afternoon?
• Do you wake up feeling unrefreshed, even after a full night in bed?
Your daytime energy often starts with how you breathe at night.
Start with clarity.
