Our center is located just a few miles from scenic downtown Roanoke City and is convenient to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. We have been proudly serving the Roanoke Community since 2004.

Walk through our doors and you will find a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym that is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment. It also features a unique, patient-centric design that is exclusive to LifeWorks Rehab centers. Our modern, gathering spaces are comfortable, and our rooms are well-lit and bright. At Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center, we strive to make our center as comfortable, clean, and modern as possible.

We are also proud to be part of the community we serve. We’re involved in many local charities and events, including senior health outreach programs and the walking club at Valley View Mall. We serve patients throughout Roanoke, Vinton, Botetourt County, and more.
