The Drop-In Center We offer FREE HIV and Hep C testing, linkage to care, PrEP Navigation, Comprehensive Harm Reduction services and Ryan White Services.

Request Syringe Litter Pick Up https://forms.office.com/r/SsJhi5mxBF Please come visit us for free Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing (free HIV Take Home Test Kits are also available), information about HIV and STDs as well as to pick up some free condoms and dental dams! We also now have Harm Reduction Supplies such as Wound Care Kits and Bleach Kits for Injection Drug Users. We follow Virginia Western Community College for closings and delays, if you have any questions about if we are closed, open, or regular time you can call the Centers main number at (540) 982-2437 Ex. 0. We're start our last test at 4:30pm Mondays and Fridays, 5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are CLOSED to the public Wednesdays.

The Virginia Department of Health will be holding a virtual public hearing on January 28, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, through an online platform with an option to call in by phone, and invites healthcare professionals, consumers, and community members to provide input on services for people with HIV.

🧣 UPDATE- WARMING CENTER INFO 🧤
Frigid temps are here—please help us spread the word to those in need of shelter this weekend!

🌙 The Least of These the will open for overnight shelter starting Friday, 1/24, from 7 PM – 7 AM with 48 cots, meals, and space for pets.

🏠 RAM House - Roanoke Area Ministries is open Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM, closed Sunday.

⛪️ Belmont Presbyterian Church is open 24 hours starting Saturday to Monday with cots, food, and warmth.
