BTR Construction has once again joined us for another great season of barrel racing!

Let's face it - a covered arena or round pen would come in real clutch right about now with all of this terrible weather lately and the folks over at BTR Construction can make it happen. Big or small, commercial or personal use, BTR Construction can erect a structure that meets all of your needs. Someone call Brad & Katie and have them build a nice, big covered arena and warm-up area to host a Da Bomb show at in the future!!

~ May 23rd for the $2,500 added Summa Slamma @ the Southeastern NC Ag Center in Lumberton, NC!
~ June 12th-14th for the $7,500 added Big Summer Blowout @ the Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center in Williamston, NC!

*Big Spender Bonus Race Contestants/Attendees*

❗️We have submitted refunds for all Stalls, RVs, Shavings, and Big Spender entries that were still in the names of the original purchasers. Please allow 7-10 days for those to show back up in your account.

❗️If you bought a Stall/RV/Big Spender entry from someone and we were notified of the purchase by the seller, then we will be in contact with you, the buyer, over the next few days to arrange repayment.

❗️All other entries via Saddlebook are in process and should be refunded in the next few days.

Thank you everyone for your comments and your patience as we made a decision regarding the Big Spender Bonus Race next weekend. After careful consideration with the facility and contestants, this show will be CANCELED, and as of now will not be rescheduled but we will keep yall posted.

We will have additional information regarding refunds in the next few days, so please refrain from messaging about those. The one thing we ask, is that if you sold a Big Spender entry or Stalls/RVs and had not yet notified us, please do so that when we begin the refund process, we can refund the right person.

Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will see y'all down the road somewhere I'm sure. Otherwise, our next event will be May 23rd - with a new crew member in tow. Stay safe and stay warm - Josh & Jessica

❗️ Big Spender Bonus Race contestants - we need your feedback ❗️ Contestants/Attendees ONLY.

Many have been dealing with winter weather for the past two weeks with most still being hit with snow - we have over 5" so far today and still snowing! We are concerned with travel to/from Lake Waccamaw, how well contestants have been able to prepare (or lack thereof), and temps below freezing for every night next weekend.
Please let us know where you stand currently and if you would/would not attend given the circumstances. Canceling a weekend show is not an easy task as there are a lot of moving parts, but if we cannot guarantee safe travels and a decent turnout, then it may be in everyone's best interest. Rescheduling is unlikely.

Please let us know your thoughts. Again, contestants/attendees only. A final decision will be made by Monday morning at the latest.

Don't forget - final Big Spender payments are due by midnight on February 3rd!
LATE entries will open on February 4th from 8a-8p with a late fee.
Entries may be sold or changed up until 12 noon on Saturday February 6th, however there are no refunds.

Also, we thought we had a plan for someone to bring in additional panel stalls, but that did not work out. As of today, the stall waitlist has not budged, so please make plans for other arrangements, whether that be your own panel stalls or staying at local places like Lumber River Campground or 5K Arena.
