ALL machines/appliances you use every have a maintenance schedule. YOU are no different, it’s just that no one ever told you. The key to your health, vitality and longevity is dependent on how much of a battery charge 🔋🪫you have on a DAILY basis and it has NOTHING to do with how you FEEL, how CLEAN you eat or how much you EXERCISE. As soon as that battery starts draining (some drain faster than others) A L L functions keeping you ALIVE are draining with it. The answer? Eat right, move your body, think positive thoughts, sleep right and get your spine tuned up often. Ask your chiropractor for recommendations!

THIS is WHY I see babies and kids. Their parents are not bringing them in because they have pain necessarily, they are bringing them in to give their spines the BEST chance at a healthy adult spine. Because we KNOW that the STRUCTURE and HEALTH of the spine dictates the overall FUNCTION of the body (digestion, immune, respiration, circulation, nerves, muscular, skeletal, hormonal, lymphatic, skin). What are the side effects? BETTER function! What other doctor can offer this?

Walk heel-to-toe down a hallway.

Strengthen your legs and hips.
