ALL machines/appliances you use every have a maintenance schedule. YOU are no different, it’s just that no one ever told you. The key to your health, vitality and longevity is dependent on how much of a battery charge 🔋🪫you have on a DAILY basis and it has NOTHING to do with how you FEEL, how CLEAN you eat or how much you EXERCISE.
