I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in prenatal, labor and postpartum massage. I am Certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage and I am also a Certified Birth Doula (CD), Certified Postpartum Doula (CPD) and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC).

Everyone deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust in the strength of their bodies during this time. Today I locked the door to my office for the very last time.

This space held so many stories — moments of healing, quiet conversations, deep breaths, growing families, and new beginnings. It was an honor to welcome each of you here and to be trusted with your care during some of life’s most meaningful seasons.

Thank you to every client who walked through these doors, laid on my table, invited me into their birth journeys, or supported Free Spirit Massage & Doula Services along the way. You helped make this dream real, and I will carry those memories with me always.

Closing this chapter is bittersweet, but I leave with immense gratitude for the community that allowed me to do work I loved so deeply.

😭 It is with a very sad and heavy heart that I come to you today....

A gentle scheduling note 🤍

As I shared in my letter, I’ll be transitioning out of my physical office space as Free Spirit Massage & Doula Services closes its final chapter.

✨ eGift Cards:
If you have an unused eGift card, please plan to schedule your session BY February 27. Because I’ll be fully moved out of my space by March 1, I won’t be able to honor gift cards after that date. Availability will be limited, so I encourage you to reach out sooner rather than later.

🤍 Current Doula Clients:
If you are currently under contract with me for doula support (or have an open proposal), this transition does not impact my availability or commitment to you. I remain fully present and honored to continue supporting you throughout your birth journey, just as promised.

Thank you, truly, for your understanding and for allowing me to be part of your care. This community has meant more to me than I can put into words.

Our Story

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Central Georgia. I graduated and have been licensed since 2010. My core objective mission is to improve the quality of living – one person at a time – for all clients and communities I serve, by way of evidence-based and results-driven massage therapy treatment. My goal is to run a business by providing therapeutic massage in a caring, professional environment. I offer massage in a variety of styles – traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Aromatherapy Massage and others while specializing in Pre-natal Massage, Post-partum Massage, Infant Massage and Pediatric Massage. My goal is to tailor the client’s experience based on initial interview information, as well as in-the-minute feedback during the massage, to insure the client’s comfort and satisfaction, and to increase repeat business. I intend to offer massage that is effective, yet respectful of the client’s personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and energizing for both the client and the provider. I am mindful of the overall experience – using quality oils and lotions, appropriate scents, and soothing music, nature sounds or silence – as the client prefers.
