Emery Place was full of smiles today as our brand-new ice cream machine was installed! The excitement was contagious as residents gathered around to watch the first rounds of ice cream being served.

From the first swirl to the first bite, it was nothing but happy faces and sweet treats. Moments like these are what make Emery Place feel like home — laughter, community, and a little extra dessert to brighten the day.

During the month of February, we partnered with Above & Beyond Home Health and Hospice Care for another exciting Activity Auction! Each time a resident attended an activity, they earned an “Activity Buck” for their participation. All month long, residents saved their bucks in anticipation of the big event this afternoon!

The more activities they attended, the more opportunities they had to bid on exciting prizes—creating a fun and meaningful way to stay engaged.

Our residents went head-to-head bidding on festive St. Patrick’s Day and Easter baskets, bringing so much energy, laughter, and friendly competition to the room. The excitement was contagious, and it was incredible to see everyone so involved and invested!

Executive Director Sara and resident Kathy officially became proud members of Emery Place’s Cupcake Club, made extra special by the delicious creations from That One Cupcake Place. There’s nothing better than sharing smiles over frosting and friendship.

At Emery Place, we believe in supporting local businesses that support families and reflect our small-town values. Our community was founded on family, inspired by our very first resident, Emery, and a family who wanted the very best for their loved one.

Emery Place’s first ever Family Bingo Night was a huge success! 🎲💚
The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and moments that turned into memories we’ll treasure for years to come. Seeing residents, families, and friends gathered together made the evening truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to our generous vendors Lori Stock, FOX Rehabilitation, That One Cupcake Place for donating wonderful bingo prizes, and an even bigger thank you to our amazing residents and families who showed up, played along, and made the night unforgettable.

Missed it this time? No worries. Family Bingo Night will now be held the last Friday of every month from 5:30–6:30 PM. Friends and family are always welcome! A free-will donation is appreciated but never required.

We can’t wait to see you at the next one. Let the bingo streak continue! 🎉🎲
