We have made scheduling easier for the red light therapy sauna. You can now use the online scheduling app to schedule your session. This will make it easier to be reminded of your appointment.

If you are already on the books for a session, don't worry. We will take care of transferring your appointment day and time to the schedule!

It is going to be a great week to use the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna. Call or message us to try it out at our new office!

NIR (near infrared) benefits: reduce inflammation, increase collagen production and stimulate healing of damaged tissues. Most red light products bought online have this type of wavelength only.

MIR (mid infrared) benefits: expand blood vessels and increase local circulation.

WE ARE MOVING!!! Starting next Monday (January 19th), we will be seeing patients in our new location, 106 Douglas. We will be just a few doors north of our current location. Our new office is between the Hollywood and Thrive IV therapy. If you have any questions, call the office at (618) 544-1785.

Can't wait to see everyone at our new location starting next week!
