🎅🏼 Get ready for one of the most joyful holiday events of the season!

The Sensory Santa Celebration is a beloved community tradition created especially for individuals with disabilities and their families. What began nearly a decade ago as a simple Santa visit with crafts and cookies has grown into an all-out festive experience—complete with food trucks, 20+ activity booths hosted by amazing local groups, outdoor fun, chances to meet local first responders, and so much more.

It truly is the happiest Christmas party you’ll ever attend.

Mark your calendars for December 13, 2025, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at Central Christian Church (4901 Lake Shore Dr.) in Waco, TX.
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, sensory-friendly holiday celebration, this is the place to be!

We’re excited to share the upcoming Starry Night celebration, a beloved annual event hosted by The Arc of McLennan County and the Heart of Texas Autism Network (HOTAN).

Join the community on Saturday, December 6 from 6–9 p.m. at the Mark & Paula Hurd Welcome Center for an evening filled with dinner, dancing, Santa visits, raffles, and meaningful time together.

A dedicated sensory room staffed with our RBTs as well as other trained volunteers will also be available to support guests who need a calmer space.

This wonderful tradition creates a warm, inclusive environment where families, youth, adults, and community partners can enjoy the season together. All are welcome!
