Raise your hand if someone once told you that drinking cranberry juice will cure a UTI or a bladder infection. 🙋‍♀️

Busted. Sorry guys - this is a myth. Cranberry juice is full of sugar, which can irritate an infection in these areas. What should you do instead? We asked Urology Nurse Practitioner Cassi Fiscus. She said to get yourself to a doctor or nurse practitioner for some antibiotics and to drink lots and lots of water.
