Meet Alisha our wonderful and amazing nurse❤️Why I Love What I Do:
Caretaking has always been in my nature. I’ve worked in many different fields over the years, but this is the work I’ve always found myself coming back to. I truly love the one-on-one care and the human interaction that comes with being a nurse. What drives me every day is my dedication to making sure our residents are well taken care of & the care of the families too. I genuinely care about their well-being, and it means a lot to me to be there for them.
Fun Facts About Me:
I’ve been a nurse since 2003, but my journey in caregiving started even earlier—I worked as a CNA for 10 years before becoming a nurse. During that time, I also worked in Alzheimer’s care, which helped shape my passion for caring for others. I’ve been proud to call Shepherd’s Premier my work home since 2015.

Thank you for all you do ! You’re definitely treasured. Our home wouldn’t be the same without you 🤗
