If you come to my classes you’ve probably heard me cue to “keep the shoulder blades on the back ribs” in forward folds. That it “helps to isolate the stretch to the hips”

Stay more upright and tall through the spine. It’s less about looking deeper in the fold and more about getting the proper form for best results!🙌🧘‍♀️🙌
