Classes have been filling up! Grab your mat and join us. These one hour sessions are free to the public. You can expect 40-50 minutes of stretching and breath work, followed by 10-20 minutes of rest and relaxation. Optional heated lavender rice bag for added aromatherapy and weight to help relax deeper.
