Bella Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned outpatient practice.

Bella Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient private practice. We treat people through lifespans, from newborns to centenarians.
Bella Physical Therapy is not a regular orthopedic PT place but is a MULTISPECIALTY CLINIC. In addition to orthopedic and neurological care for adults and children, we treat all genders and ages for pelvic health issues, and provide vestibular rehab, TMJ & headache treatment, and myofunctional physical therapy. We also offer Schroth's method of scoliosis treatment.
We believe that no problem in the body occurs in isolation, so we take a whole-body approach and evaluate your entire body as it relates to patients’ specific complaints to determine the underlying cause. We educate our patients about their problems and our specific treatment approach, which may include using advanced techniques of manual therapy, state-of-the-art modalities, problem-specific therapeutic exercise protocols, and self-care education. We accept most major insurances out-of-network. We also accept Medicare, no-fault, and workman's compensation insurance.

Yesterday, our own Bella Kavalerchik gave a great presentation to the PT students in the Rutgers Entrepreneurship Class. Her journey from being an engineer in the former Soviet Union to becoming a private PT practice owner in the U.S. is truly inspiring. It’s a reminder of how diverse backgrounds and experiences shape unique paths to success. Thanks for sharing your story with the next generation, Bella!

It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Julia Starobinets of Bright Smile Orthodontics to exchange insights and discuss the latest advancements in orthodontic care. Dr. Starobinets provided an overview of various expander options and orthodontic procedures for both adults and children—focusing on improving teeth alignment, optimizing airway function, and enhancing sleep quality.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration on a regular basis, with plans to share knowledge on myofunctional therapy and orthodontics to further advance patient care.

It was an invaluable experience for our therapists, Marvin Galarosa and Bella Kavalerchik, who specialize in TMJ and Myofunctional Therapy, to learn from Dr. Kabaria and see her compassionate, evidence-based approach to patient care firsthand. 🙌
