A common thing I’ve heard during the pandemic is how unfamiliar discomfort and inconvenience feels to our teens. We need to support the development of their resilience. They need to develop confidence in their ability to handle adversity. We can take this opportunity to make these things happen and connect ❤️

Psychological health includes being able to bear unpleasant feelings.
