💙 Caregiver Support Group Coming Soon 💙

We will be hosting a Caregiver Support Group focused on how to cope with and care for loved ones with dementia. This group will offer support, education, and helpful training for families and caregivers.

We are currently working on securing a guest speaker to provide additional guidance and resources.

Lead Staff / Admin Support – Adult Daycare

Kristen’s Caring Hands LLC is looking for a reliable, calm, and responsible Lead Staff to support daily operations at our adult daycare center.

Hours: Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Responsibilities:
• Assist with opening and closing the center
• Follow daily schedules and routines
• Support staff and clients during the day
• Communicate with families using center policies
• Report issues or emergencies to the owner
• Help ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable following written policies
• Calm under pressure
• Experience in caregiving, CNA, or adult care preferred
• Leadership mindset (without overstepping authority)

This role is ideal for someone who wants consistency, responsibility, and growth in a supportive environment.
