Aftercare isn’t optional — it’s essential. 💉✨
Proper aftercare protects your investment, your skin, and your health — ensuring the most natural, lasting results possible.

🚫 Why skip the gym (for now)?
Exercise increases your heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature — boosting blood flow to the face.
This can:
• Worsen swelling or bruising by increasing capillary permeability and vasodilation.
• Disrupt filler placement by increasing facial movement before it’s fully settled.

⚠️ Risk of filler migration:
Right after your treatment, filler hasn’t fully integrated into surrounding tissue.
Too much movement — from running, bending, or exaggerated expressions — can lead to:
• Uneven distribution or migration.
• Asymmetry or less-than-ideal results.

⏰ Tissue typically stabilizes within 24–48 hours, full integration takes up to 1–2 weeks
