Warm Yin with Crystal Bowl Soundbath

Need a moment to melt away stress and reset your nervous system? This is the class for you! The class will begin in a warm room with some gentle stretching and yin postures to target areas where we tend to hold a lot of tension. Then you will be lead into savasana with yoga Nidra guided meditation technique accompanied with the lovely quartz crystal singing bowls and a variety of instruments to deepen relaxation.

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is an ancient practice for total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This process has been proven effective to reduce stress, tension, anxiety, sleeplessness and can give you a feeling of internal peace and rejuvenation, no experience necessary.
