90 Minute Bikram Hot Yoga
This traditional 90-minute Original Hot Yoga Class follows the classic Bikram Yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room.
The consistent sequence systematically works the entire body from the inside out - every bone, tendon, ligament, joint, muscle - building physical and mental strength, flexibility, balance, focus while supporting detoxification and circulation.
Each posture prepares the body for the next, creating a moving meditating that challenges you physically and mentally while leaving you feeling grounded, energized and deeply restored.

Come bathe in the beautiful tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls. This guided meditation journey will take you through the seven powerful chakra centers in your body.
Each bowl has a specific note to match each chakra in the body which can allow you to find balance and a sense of renewal. It is truly a unique experience as well as a compliment to any form of holistic living and health.
There will be a specific yin pose for each chakra or you can just sit/lay and soak in the vibrations.

No yoga experience necessary
Dress comfortably. Room will be heated to 80/85 degrees
