March 8th through 14th is National Administrators Week, and we want to recognize Jennifer for the leadership she brings to our Independent Living community.

Independent Living is all about creating an environment where residents can truly enjoy their freedom, their friendships, and their lifestyle. That does not happen by accident. It takes thoughtful leadership, strong organization, and someone who genuinely cares about the experience people have every day.

We wrapped up our incredible month of traveling through China this past Friday with a beautiful luncheon featuring a performance by the Association of Chinese Americans! Our celebration featured wonderful cultural performances, including traditional folk dances and a graceful Tai Chi demonstration that truly captured the spirit and artistry of Chinese heritage. Thank you to Kate and Tao from the Chinese Association of Chinese Americans for a wonderful cooking demonstration! 🇨🇳

They showed us how to make homemade pork dumplings, guiding us through preparing the filling and teaching us how to fold and shape each one. Our residents and team loved getting hands-on and learning the technique. 🥟😋

It was such a fun and delicious experience, and we loved every bite. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with us!

We were honored to welcome Instructor Tao from the Chinese Association of Chinese Americans to teach us the art of Chinese calligraphy. It took patience and practice, but our residents did a wonderful job and had a great time!

Such a fun and meaningful way to experience Chinese culture! 🌎
