Kidz1st Pediatrics and their founding physicians have been taking care of Rochester area children for over 50 years. They use the most modern technology, are loved and trusted in the community and have an incredible staff who are available 24/7/365. Normally we offer walk-in hours M-F from 7:30-9 am for our patients, and are normally open from 7:30a-7p M-Thurs and 7:30a-5p on Fridays, with Saturday hours from 8-noon by appointment. We will still continue to see newborns in office on Saturdays by appointment only. We see wells currently in office during business hours and sick visits via telemedicine, with an appointment at office within vehicle or in exam room as we deem necessary.

Car Seat Safety Reminder!

Winter coats keep kids warm outside, but they can make car seats unsafe inside the car. Bulky layers can add extra padding, making harness straps too loose.

The AAP recommends moving thick coats before buckling in. How else to keep them warm? You can use thin layers, hats and mittens, or even a coat or blanket over the straps once they are buckled.
