ROCovery We are a supportive inclusive community of physically active SOBER individuals

ROCovery Fitness is a peer-led supportive community of physically active individuals brought together by sober living. Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for healing and recovery—To help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience through fun, fitness and sober social connection. We are a not-for-profit community-based social care provider bringing fitness and non-fitness based classes and events as well as peer recovery support services to individuals with SUD in our community. All of our programs are free and open to ANYONE with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. We welcome friends, family members and ANYONE who chooses to live a sober lifestyle.

OMAAT (One Mile At A Time) is more than a run - it’s a mindset. It’s a reminder that progress happens one step, one mile, one decision at a time. We all have the same 24 hours — it’s up to us what we do with them💪

It’s time, again for a “Meet Our Members” spotlight (because we just ❤️❤️❤️ our members!). Jakeem Attends many ROCovery events with a smile on his face and is always a pleasure to engage with. Johnnie T's son (one of our OES team members), he always enjoys visiting when home from college—we love Jakeem... He ROCs!

Kylie is a total ROCstar! ⭐️ She is engaged with our community daily. She greets people as they walk in, and tells them all about ROCovery. Kylie has also participated in outreach events and she brings joy and positive energy to our environment—We just LOVE Kylie! ❤️

We would not exist without our amazing volunteer force! We recognize their incredibly selfless contributions through our Volunteer Of The Month (VOTM) spotlight and applaud each and every one of them for their efforts—THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
