Happy April Fool's Day!
We may or may not have:
*covered brussel sprouts in chocolate and wrapped them in Ferraro Rocher wrappers
*covered pearl onions in icing and sprinkles to look like cake pops
*put out of order signs on our restrooms
*played Christmas music all day
*put veggie trays inside Krispee Creme donut boxes
*told our families to come to a semi-formal dinner
*served an elegant meal of-
Pork Wellington with essence of bamboo, pomme fritates, tomato reduction, and creme glacee...which turned out to be corndogs with fries and ketchup.
*had a great time with our residents and their families who were great sports!
