Gold Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) is a music-assisted integrative therapy that promotes healing.

GIM uses specifically chosen classical music to facilitate exploration of consciousness through imagery experiences. GIM sessions are tailored to meet each person’s needs and unique life situation. GIM is an interactive music experience in which an individual listens to the music and expresses the imagery evoked by it, with the verbal support of a trained facilitator or guide.
