Dr. Desi grew up in Fairport, NY. She graduated from St. John Fisher University and D'Youville University. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Applied Nutrition. She's certified in the Webster
Technique and have specialized training in postpartum care, early childhood development, infant care, lactation issues, and identifying and treating conditions like tongue ties. She enjoys working with kids, expecting parents, and patients of all ages because she's seen how much of a difference chiropractic care and proper nutrition can make. Come make an appointment whether its for active release techniques, adjustments, nutrition, or perinatal care she's available to help with your needs!

Baby Eoin has arrived! Born 5/18, 8lb 13oz. He is very healthy and already getting his adjustments in with Dr. Jason Swinton and Dr. Desiree Smith! Thank you to all the patients support during this time!

We are a busy growing practice offering integrated care with massage therapy and chiropractic. We are looking to hire a couple part time administration staff members to join the team. Must be efficient, work well with patients, and be friendly. Preferably having experience working in a medical office. Flexibility is important to be able to cover office needs.

-Assisting doctor in delivering treatments
-Prepping exam rooms- cleaning and stocking
-Checking patients in, updating information on electronic medical records and preparing them for their visit.
-Checking patients out, accepting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
-Verifying patient benefits and insurance
-Filing for prior authorizations and handling other document requests
-Assisting with performing patient billing tasks
-Computer skills required; ability to learn medical electronic system (Chirotouch)
-Managing social media

*We are looking for someone who can switch from their regular tasks and responsibilities and assist in other areas as needed. The applicant must be flexible with hours scheduled and be able to cover additional days when needed.

Office Hours: Monday - Fridays, Approximately 10-30hrs depending on desire and need (with growth Saturday hours may be available)

We expect that you will be willing to learn more about Chiropractic and Wellness and help share our vision. We are looking for someone interested in joining a team/work-family for a long-term position with ability to grow with the business.
