Today we’re celebrating Susan Willer, RN, our incredible PRI Nurse and Relocation Nurse in our Rochester office.

With decades of experience as a Registered Nurse and Care Manager, Sue brings unmatched expertise and steadiness to the families we serve. She is highly skilled in conducting Patient Review Instrument (PRI) assessments and has served in both clinical and leadership roles across senior housing settings.

Sue also plays a vital role in helping clients relocate to other areas of the United States, offering reassurance and guidance during major life transitions. Her experience, calm presence, and attention to detail make an incredible difference.

Human rights mean ensuring safety, access, and respect at every stage of life.
And empathy and compassion? A must in the work that we do.

We are proud to have social workers like Ashley on our team who live these values every single day, guiding families through complex decisions with clarity, steadiness, and heart.
