Welcome!!! I recently opened my private teletherapy practice serving all of Minnesota!!! I have been providing therapy for over 27 years as a Licensed Psychologist in the Rochester area and decided it was time to go independent!! I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and have worked with most issues although I have specialized in anxiety disorders and OCD. I have also added the use of Virtual Reality as a tool to enhance my exposure work with phobias!!
