Natalie blends the intention of yoga with the strength of personal training, creating powerful, athletic flows that build real, functional strength. Her classes are dynamic, breath-driven, and intelligently programmed to challenge you while keeping you grounded—expect creative sequencing, layered progressions, and high-energy playlists that carry you through.

She completed her Baptiste training in 2019 and has spent years teaching across Philadelphia, developing a style that is both strong and approachable. Natalie’s goal is simple: to help you feel confident, capable, and connected in your body—while having a little fun along the way.

Catch her pop-up class in ROC on 4/4 at 12:45 and in FLX at 6:30am on Wednesdays beginning in April.

Sydney found pilates at The Reformery in 2023, and she instantly became obsessed. It completely changed her relationship with exercise - movement became something she looked forward to, instead of a chore. She not only fell in love with Pilates but also found an incredible community, one that she is excited to now contribute to as an instructor.

Her favorite part about pilates is the mind body connection it requires and how it challenges one to be present, intentional, and aware. It has helped her become stronger, more aligned, and more confident - and she hopes to provide the same to clients who take classes with her!

Sydney first found pilates as a client at The Reformery in 2023 and instantly became obsessed.
