Something new for 2026 ✨ Content Classes ✨

Just like our classes that you know and love, with one small twist: our team will be capturing photo and video content for use on our website, social media and other promotional materials.

As a thank-you for being part of the process, this class is offered at a discounted rate — only $20 for a reformer class 👏🏻

This class is not suitable for first-time clients. Participants should be comfortable with Pilates fundamentals and able to move confidently through class.

Come move, sweat, and help us tell the story of our studio 🥰

✨Introducing Megan✨

Megan discovered Pilates during her college years, where it quickly became the movement that made her feel the strongest, most grounded, and most connected to her body. What began as a way to keep her feeling strong and aligned during cheer soon became the workout she always came back to — the one that fit naturally with her lifelong love for health and wellness.

After graduating, Megan knew she wanted to teach and help others experience that same combination of strength and alignment. Rooted in wellness and fueled by intentional, strength-based movement, her classes pair clean form with a slow burn that feels equal parts mindful and athletic.

Her goal is for every client to leave feeling aligned, strong, and intentionally challenged, empowered by what their body can do. Megan brings a calm, encouraging energy to the studio and can’t wait to move with you all.

We’re so excited to have Megan as part of the team and just know you’ll love her vibe and engaging class style. Catch her on the schedule in Canandaigua on Thursdays at 6:30p w/ more to come!
