Orange Shirt Day!

Again this year, MHFC Staff honored the survivors, and created awareness of the impact of residential schools on the Native American community.

"In 2015, the Orange Shirt Society was formed to create awareness of the individual, family, and community inter-generational impacts of Indian Residential Schools with the purpose of supporting Indian Residential School Reconciliation and promoting the truth that EVERY CHILD MATTERS."

We want to invite those of you local to the Rochester, NY area to attend the premiere reading of this play on Wednesday, August 13th. Afterwards, we will ask attendees for feedback to help us as we refine our messaging before opening the performance to the general public.
